Terms of Service

Last updated August 2026. The plain-language version of how working with Atmetlak works.

Quotes & scope

Anything submitted through the Get a Quote wizard or Contact form is a starting brief, not a binding order. Final scope, pricing, and delivery timeline are confirmed directly with you over WhatsApp or in writing before any work begins.

Payments

Website, chatbot, and automation builds follow a Setup Fee + Retainer model unless otherwise agreed in writing. Specific payment terms, milestones, and amounts are set per-project and confirmed before work starts.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, you own the deliverable (the website, bot configuration, or automation workflow built for you). Atmetlak retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Third-party services

Some builds rely on third-party platforms (hosting providers, WhatsApp Business API, AI providers, payment processors). Those platforms' own terms and uptime apply, and Atmetlak isn't liable for their outages or policy changes.

Support & changes

What's covered under a project's retainer versus billed as a new request is defined per-engagement. Ask before assuming — we'd rather clarify upfront than surprise you with an invoice.
